Payment & Shipping Policy


PAYMENT ACCEPTED
We offer secure check out using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. We also offer PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a secure payment with PayPal. There are no fees involved when you use our payment gateways. 

Chris Elaine online store and shopping cart is PCI Compliant. Your payment is securely processed by Stripe or PayPal and we do not have access to your credit card info.  

If paying with PayPal, your credit card statement will read CBooth. Other payment methods will show payment to Chris Elaine.

 

TAXES California customers are subject to sales tax. 


SHIPPING
We work with UPS, FedEx, USP and we ship the most economical method depending on your location. Unless otherwise requested, most orders are shipped using UPS Ground. If a certain carrier does not deliver to your area, please let us know in the instructions box when checking out.

Most items arrive within 7-10 days of the shipment date.

At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, APO or FPO addresses or any U.S. territories.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and normally ship within 1 - 2 business days depending on time received.

SHORTAGES

Please report shortages within 7 days from receipt of delivered goods.


DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or retyped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. We recommend that you take pictures to help document the damages as well as save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately when you have had the driver note a problem.


DELIVERY REFUSAL
We recommend that our customers DO NOT refuse delivery of their order. Any refused package will be charged any applicable shipping fees. Refused orders may also be charged a 20% restocking fee as well. If the return was caused by our shipping department, we will pay for shipping charges.


BACK ORDER POLICY
We automatically cancel all back orders when products are unavailable. Customer will be refunded by method of payment if a product is not available.
