Return Policy

At Chris Elaine we value your business and understand that shopping online is sometimes difficult. This is why we provide as much information as possible and size charts to help you make your purchase. Please inspect your order to determine if you received the correct size and style. Please contact us to resolve any issues you may have with your purchase.

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 15 days from receipt of purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund after 15 days have gone.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Specific non-returnable items:  Panties, health and personal care items unless defective.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Return Merchandise Authorization. Please keep all invoices and original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Defective Items
We only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. Chris Elaine offers 30 days to report defective items. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. Contact us for further instructions.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items & Shortages

Please report shortages within 7 days from receipt of delivered goods.

If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. We recommend that you take pictures to help document the damages as well as save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately when you have had the driver note a problem.

If no attempt to contact Chris Elaine via telephone, email or  website Contact  regarding damaged or missing items, your order will be considered correct and complete.

Return Process
To start the return process, send an email or message with name, address, invoice number, item details and the reason for the return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (required for defective merchandise). Merchandise returned for reasons other than defects will also receive instructions via mail.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

In the event that items are defective or not as ordered, the return and reshipping postage charges will be paid by Chris Elaine. Otherwise, return postage charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refused Orders
Please do not refuse delivery of your order. You may be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders. If the return was caused by our shipping department, we will pay for shipping charges.

Back Order Policy
We automatically cancel all back orders when products are unavailable. Customer will be refunded by method of payment if a product is not available.
